Table centres

I've had an exciting few weeks as my friend Helen announced 10 weeks ago she was getting married in 10 weeks!
The invitations were designed and made in the first two weeks.

Then it was on to the table decorations.  The flowers were ordered from Samaflora, and made to match the wedding colours.

We started with this

and then

followed by, a touch more glue

time for a tea break, with yummy shortbread from Helen's Mum

which blue do we like best?

ribbon or twine ? (It looked better with twine)

Sparkles were added to the hearts on the pots and we had the table centres ready.

Helen's bouquet

I chose this photo as it shows how beautifully the bouquet matched the dress. The blue matched the chief bridesmaids.  Each orchid had a crystal centre. The bouquet was made by Samaflora too.

It was a wonderful wedding and so much fun to be part of it all the way. If you're looking for something different for your wedding and flowers that you can keep, then do pop over and visit Samaflora for bespoke wedding flowers.

July Oak House Challenge.

There's still time to enter the Happily Ever After Challenge at Oak House Studio. You could win a £40 gift voucher.

There's lots of inspiration on the blog from the DT.

Here's my idea using the large spring blooms set:

and orchid and spring green ink pads.

The spring blooms is a great starter set as you have sentiments too.

One stamp challenge weekend at Oak House Studio.

Hi

This is a weekend I've been looking forward to for ages. It's the Oak House Studio one stamp weekend.

Join us on our Facebook Page to see what some of you are doing.

Also pop over to the Blog to see regular posts from the design team and Lynnda.

There will be posts from 8am until 8pm today and tomorrow.

Don't forget to comment as each comment will enter you into the draw for an ink pad storage unit and some of the gorgeous pigment ink pads :)

Good luck, I hope you enjoy all the inspiration.
